Jim came to work for me in 1984 after graduating from Danville Community College with a 4.0 grade average in computer science. Jim is an excellent programmer analyst. Once Jim understands the need , he does an excellent job of analyzing, programming, testing and writing user instructions. He is very, very thorough. He plans his work well and establishes priorities in order to meet deadlines. He always follows up to make sure the job is being done as intended. He does an excellent job of documenting each job that he programs making it easy for his successor.
Jim is above average in his ability to learn new job duties and procedures. He adapts to changes exceptionally well. He displays an interest in and assumes full responsibility for his job. He is very quick to solve problems.
Jim has an excellent attitude toward his job and company and works extremely well with his fellow workers. He has utmost respect for his superiors.
